3300 Sq. ft. house located on a quiet cul de sac in Round Rock. Conveniently located to 35, 45, and Mopac. This master suite is available unfurnished. Bathroom ensuite with large garden tub, double vanity, and walk in closet. Beautiful back patio with fire pit and lots of trees. The suite has it’s own staircase directly inside the back entrance to the home for ultimate privacy.

There is an option for exclusive access to the home office located next to the master suite for an additional $250/month.

I plan to add 2 more roommates so bills will be split 4 ways. I’ll pick up the bills for the unfilled rooms.

Currently I am the only one living in the house with my 2 uber friendly dogs (pictured) and, occasionally my 15-year old daughter. Not enough room for more pets, however. I will live downstairs on the other side of the house. I am a teacher and coach so I am away from home often, especially in the Spring.
