We are looking for a housemate to occupy the primary bedroom 11x19 with a private FULL bathroom in our 4 bedroom, 2.5 ba townhome in Bay Farm, Alameda.

We are three working professionals who take pride in providing a respectful, and drama-free environment in our living space.

Your new 200 sq ft (approx) bedroom has a walk in closet and an attached private full bathroom (with shower). The vaulted ceilings provide ample natural light.

We share the downstairs furnished common spaces which include a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a half bathroom. In addition, we have an in-unit washer/dryer. We all contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of the common areas.

The community also offers a heated pool, basketball and tennis court.

The house is situated in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We are conveniently located near many amenities. The house is 1 block away from AC Transit/Trans-bay bus and 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal. 5-minute walk to Safeway, Starbucks, and other restaurants. The area is very walkable and bike-friendly. There is ample street parking. We do have an available space open in our 2 car garage if you prefer for an additional $25/per month.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other drama free professional roommates.
