The room will be available in September . 12 Month lease minimum. You will have your own space with an IKEA style closet, and a full bathroom. The monthly rent is $1,000 with all utilities included (electric, water, gas, internet). A $1,000 security deposit required. There is a separate door to the basement. Only one person is allowed to rent this space. Features:

I am a professional in my 30’s that work from home. I am easy going, very friendly, mature, very clean, and fairly low key. My other two female Roomate are easy going and keep to themselves as well.
