I live in a 1600 sq ft condo 9 miles south east of downtown Austin. I work off of E Cesar Chavez and make it to work in 25 minutes with traffic. I am located in Del Valle. I mostly work remote so I am home often. I do not mind if you have guests over however Iād like to know how many guests you will have and the duration. I have one cat who is super friendly and loves everyone. No other animals are allowed. Please message me for more details! I am open to short term rentals as well.
One of my friends currently lives with me and will be here until she gets married in Oct of 2023. She will not be moving in until March 2023. The bathroom will be shared with her. She is extremely clean and polite.
