Hi all!

I am seeking a roommate (or sublet) to join me in my amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment.

About the apartment: There is a backyard, plenty of street parking ($160 annually for a permit), laundry in the garage, a large living room, a full dining room, large bedroom with walk-in closet and your own bathroom. The apartment is the top floor of a 2 unit building (the other unit is being remodeled and will be rented soon…). It is fully furnished (the bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished). The kitchen is also fully stocked with great pots & pans, dishes, glassware, and all the gadgets (instapot, sous vide, crockpot, cooking blender and more). There are big windows in the living room and dining room that are West facing. The bedrooms overlook the backyard with windows facing East (I love watching the sun come up in the morning).

Amazing Location: The apartment is on Funston Ave, so we have trees out the front windows and the back windows. We are just over a block from the Rose Garden & the Redwoods in Heroes Grove in Golden Gate Park. Easy access to Park Presidio for access to the Golden Gate Bridge or to 101 south. Many of the commute shuttles run along Park presidio too.

Long term (6 mo- 1 yr lease) or monthly sublet: Rent is $1750 + utilities (internet included). The room is available now and can be furnished or unfurnished.

The apartment is plenty big and I thought a fellow single parent to a young one might be interested in co-habiting. Also open to thoughtful professionals, caregivers, doulas, etc. I’m looking for a responsible, friendly, kind, open, respectful and conscientious human (or two).

A little about me: I grew up in the Bay Area (Brentwood 🌽), after undergrad I lived in SF for 8 years and spent a decade in Vancouver, BC. Spent 15 years of my career in the non-profit sector. Moved home (Bay Area) to start a job in biotech (IT Change Management) & to be closer to my fam. I’ve been in this sweet apartment just over 3 years.

I have a sweet dog named Appa. I have a 4 month old baby. I’m a clean human, but sometimes my personal space can get untidy. I’m a warm, friendly and respectful person.
