You deserve respect and here you will get it. Why do I need a new roommate? Good question. My current roommate is moving away. They have been happy here for about 18 months.

When do I expect you here? The first week of April.

You don’t have to worry about strong alcohol, there isn’t any here. You want a beer or something? Not a problem. There is room in the fridge. My drinking days are over.

You may be wondering why I’m looking for a female. Again, good question. My last roommate of 18 months was a guy and I just want a change. I don’t mind if my roommate is male or female.

You also don’t have to worry about illicit drugs. They have a bad habit of combusting when brought here.

Your bedroom is private to you and has a walk-in closet. If that isn’t good enough you also have a private vanity. If you don’t like trash well you need to empty your trash cans yourself. I’m not the maid and I don’t go into your room.

The restroom though is shared - but let’s limit the number of people to one at a time please.

I don’t horde furniture so you will have to bring your own.
