Hi! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease for my rented room. This house is across the street from UCCS, wonderful neighborhood, and quiet, respectful roomies. Room can come with full sized bed & mattress if desired, as I don’t need to take it with me. Driveway, street parking, shared bathroom, full kitchen, laundry, and backyard! The lease would be through July 2024. A credit/background check is required :)

If you have a pet, the landlord will work with you on a pet rent/deposit, depending on your rental application.

3 roommates upstairs, basement is rented separately by landlord. Currently co-ed, so males or females welcome!
