Gated community with pool/spa and other HOA services. The condo has a 2 car garage and plenty of storage space and faces a quiet street with a marsh. I have a private corner unit. There is a small patio and a lot of pretty natural light. I’m about 2 min drive from Del Amo Fashion Center and 10 min from Torrance Beach & Riviera Village in Redondo.I just bought all new appliances: fridge, washer/dryer, etc.. The private bedroom and bathroom pictured in the photos is what’s available for rent. The bed seen in the pics can be included with the room or removed based on your choosing.
