Beautiful, resort style apartment complex in downtown Sarasota. We have the master suite available in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the first floor. We also have a dresser, night stand, and mirror for free if you need it. Master suite has a walk-in closet and spacious shower. Washer & dryer in unit.
MUST SIGN LEASE BY NOV. 14, 2022. (60 days prior to move in.)
Ages 21 - 50. No kids or dogs.
About the roomies
My boyfriend and I are currently renting this apartment. We are super chill, no drama, and we keep any issues to ourselves (we don’t yell or fight.) We have a cat named Charlie - he is friendly and does not bite or scratch. We clean up after ourselves, have 9am - 5pm jobs, and are looking for someone or a couple to take the master suite with a similar lifestyle/vibe.
