Northwest 3rd Place

It is unfurnished but I have the entire living room furnished so you would just have to fill your room. We are located on the first floor and have two entrances to the unit. Laundry room and updated kitchen with appliances (also have about every addition you can think of from air fryer to instant pot, etc.). Please excuse the messiness of the apartment as I have my Halloween decorations up & have been on bedrest so I haven’t been able to clean. I didn’t take any photos of the bathroom as my roommate has it quite messy but it is a really big sized bathroom with a long countertop and a lot of storage. The shower is a tub/shower combo which lines up to the bathroom in the other room (mine). Overall the apartment is amazing, besides rent we only have to pay utilities which is usually $75-$140 a person. For parking we have one open spot and one reserved garage spot (the cost is split into the rent). If you do not have a car then rent will drop down to $775 a month plus utilities. A reminder that there is furniture in the photos of the room but it is unfurnished so it will all be gone (unless my current roommate doesn’t need it and sells it to you).

I work at UF during the day and typically have busy afternoons between hanging with friends or going to the gym. I am pretty chill and am looking for a roomie to hang out with more as all my friends are leaving after graduation. I have an almost 6 year old German Shepherd who is good with all kinds of people and animals (literally has to reaction to anything). I would like to get to know each other more to see if we are a good fit as I am pretty hesitant due to my lack of luck so far. I am a fairly clean person and typically deep clean once a week. I won’t go crazy if you leave a dish in the sink but I would appreciate help every once and a while just keeping things in the common area tidy. I would be down to cook for each other and grocery shop together as well. I eat mostly chicken (not a big red meat eater) but will usually eat anything someone makes me. As for hobbies, I really like game nights, hot yoga, trails, the gym (cycle classes), etc. I rarely stay at home doing nothing because I absolutely hate it. I much rather be doing something with someone, even if that is just doing homework or chilling.
