Laundry in building. Close to Loudon Rd. Two cats are already in residence, and the apartment won’t accept more pets. Prefer female roommate, but open to men. No couples or families.

I have two cats. I’m vegetarian, but I don’t require you to be. I’m queer, so you must be be queer friendly. A house rule I’d like to have in place is (a) let me know before you have guests over and (b) we discuss overnight stays prior to their occurrence.
