Raquel's room

There is a room becoming available in a four bedroom house in Gunbarrel Boulder. The room has vaulted ceiling’s and built in shelving. Lots of natural light, and freshly painted walls. The bathroom has a tub and shower, some vanity storage and new toilet. The bathroom is shared but the other roommate that uses that bathroom is hardly ever there so it feels like your own. The house is really close to King Soopers and a bus stop. It takes 10-15 mins to get to pearl st and most other areas of boulder. This is cheap rent for living in Boulder.

There are 3 roommates: Raquel, Serena, and Zane. Raquel is a nanny and has 2 cats and a Dog that live in the house. She is around the house the most but lives a mellow life style and her animals are very sweet and not loud. Serena is a computer engineer and lives on the main floor. She keeps to her self and is busy most of the time. She is quite and very fun to hang out with. Zane is a tattoo artist, he comes a goes pretty fast. He is rarely at the house and mostly just minds his own. We are looking to have a woman or non-binary roommate. Someone who works a decently normal schedule and is mindful of the fact this is a shared living space.
