South Martin Avenue

Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first-floor apartment on South Martin Street (near the intersection of Washington and McAree). This apartment will have new flooring, fresh paint and other updates before we move in. The rental rate is $1,200 and utilities are billed separately each month based on the actual utility bills, split amongst all residents of the building (water/sewer, gas, electricity). There are a total of 3 apartments in this building - one upstairs, and another one on the first floor behind this apartment. Application required ($45 fee) which covers criminal background check, credit check, rental history check, proof of income. Coin-operated laundry machines are located in the basement. One vehicle per apartment is permitted to park off-street. Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis with pet fee and screening required. Renters insurance required. No smoking, no excessive noise or loud parties. You’d be required to sign the lease as well and commit to living in the apartment for the duration of the lease term.

I work full-time in Gurnee and babysit on the side so I am usually pretty busy. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am laid back and outgoing. I appreciate cleanliness but also understand that things come up and sometimes things are not always perfectly clean. I am looking for someone who will respect my space and privacy but who would also be down to watch a movie or chill :)
