This is a 1600sqft house with a master and two 12’ x 12’ rooms with a shared bathroom.

This is for one of the 12’x 12’ bedrooms. Comes with a full bed, and a leather seat (that can both be removed if desired).

We are looking for another straight male in the 18-28 age range. Rules are no mary jane on property, but vape and infused food are okay. What happens in your room is your business, but the shared areas are to be kept as spotless as possible. We have a garage, big kitchen, dining room and living room with a backyard.

Rent is $700+bills via Zelle. No down payment upon entry, would appreciate a 6 month to 1 year stay, can leave with a 30 day notice. I will request we go for a coffee or beer before touring the house to do a quick interview!

NO: Hard drugs, felons, S*x offenders, unemployed (unless someone can vouch for you, students). Girls are okay to come over, just please keep it down. No parties are to be hosted by guest bedroom renters unless notified a few days prior and granted permission.
