Katie's room

I have a 3 bed , 2 bath new build home in a safe neighborhood. Looking ideally for a female healthcare traveler needing a private room and bathroom short term (13 weeks). I would consider longer or shorter term if needed or if contract extends. The house is about 20 minutes from Grand Strand Medical, Conway Medical and Waccamaw hospital.

Will offer room at a weekly rate of $300. All bills included. Water, electric, gas, trash, and internet. There is also a clubhouse, pool, and small gym.

I am a healthcare worker and work full time at a local hospital and my boyfriend is active duty in the military as a recruiter. We both work early morning and home in the evening.
