$800/mo + $500 refundable security deposit. Utilities is capped at $300. The remainder will be split with roomies. Wifi and trash are included. Solo occupancy only. No overnight guests. No smoking. No pets.

Very close 60 & 215 FWY, Moval mall, UCR, Riverside University Health Hospital, and March Air Base. Shared with students and working professionals. We are looking for responsible and respectful tenants
