Rachel's room

You will be the only person living on the main floor. I live in the upstairs (and share the bathroom with you) and a really chill male lives in the basement (with his own entrance and bathroom). Fenced in back yard and great neighbors! Central air conditioning/ heating. Hardwood floors. The house is located between two great dog parks (Normandale and Frazier) and public transit (Hollywood transit center and bus lines 77, 70). We keep the house very tidy and expect the same of our roomies.

I’m a 43 year old bartender and aerialist. I work weekend nights and coach aerial on Mondays and Wednesdays. In my free time I enjoy yoga and hanging out with my pup. I generally like to do my socializing out of the house and prefer quiet time at home. My pup is a 1 year old mini Australian Shepard. She loves other dogs but is definitely weary of people she doesn’t know. She is very protective of me and the house which acts as good security system but may not be the best fit if you’re someone who enjoys having guests over.

Matt is a 44 year old male who lives in the basement and has his own entrance and bathroom. He’s very chill and also does his socializing outside of the house. He plays guitar and sometimes practices at home though it’s always during daylight hours and at a respectful volume.
