We are looking for a housemate to live in a shared living space in Auburn. We are 4 housemates looking for a kind and respectful person or person(s) to join the house.

The room is large enough for a single person or a couple, but preferably looking for the renter(s) to only have one additional car.

The room has a private bathroom ensuite, and a huge walk-in closet that is almost it’s own separate room. The room has recessed lighting on a dimmer switch, a fan, and a window with a view of the canyon.

The house is big and modern (built in 2022) and you’ll find lots of comfy spaces to stretch out and hang out.

The home is just 2 minutes from the freeway in Auburn, and has awesome canyon views and is walkable to local trailheads. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. ..

The cost is $950/month plus $149/mo for utilities. Included in the price is free monthly housecleaning, and common shared supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, etc. .
