Erik's room

Looking for a roommate for the summer, until the end of September at the latest, then the landlords want to rent to a family. If you can afford to take over, that would probably be acceptable.

Side-by-side property out of town between Arcata and Eureka. The place is 3 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms. Water is included. PGE and internet (optimum) are currently in my name. You’d get a room plus the living room, which are connected. The bedroom is empty and has a nice size closet. The living room has the basics just so it’s not so empty looking. You’re welcome to use the stuff or I can move it. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Carport plus a few extra parking spots. Enclosed porch with storage. Nice, quiet spot with a big yard surrounded by tall trees.

I’m moving out late September, then the landlords want to raise the rent and probably have a family move in. You could potentially stay but they want responsible and stable tenants. The landlords are very nice, I’ve been their tenant for 9 years. I use the 2 back bedrooms, one as a secondary living room. I have a bunny, work full time, watch tv, play some games.
