Penwith is an updated townhouse conveniently located off Lees Corner Road, just seconds from Rt 50, easy access to all other major commuter routes, and a stone’s throw away from shopping, dining and entertainment. Penwith is in a very established and safe neighborhood. Enjoy a stylish open living space with other like-minded professionals.

We are looking for working professionals, whom are clean, courteous, and communicative. Since this is a shared home, considerate people are a must! No drugs, no smoking, no parties.

Price includes furnishings, utilities (high speed Verizon FIOS internet, HOA, gas, electricity, trash, and water). 1 month rent required for security deposit. 12 month leases preferred. Parking is abundant, but a reserved space in front of the home is also available at a nominal monthly fee. Identity and employer verification, background and credit checks required.
