I have a spare room for rent near Town Center and the interstate in my townhouse. Though it is a shared bathroom upstairs your will have your own personal sink and side of the bathroom to use as you please. The room is 11 feet by 13 feet so it is a good size room for you and your belongings. There’s a closet in your room that is decent size as well. I have gigabyte speed internet and a 12 year old Staffy whom Is very calm, quiet and loving.

I am a Roofing Mechanic that is 34 years old and work Monday through Saturday. Very laid back individual that gets along with most people all I ask is you are not a disgusting slob as this townhouse has been completely renovated and has new appliances all around as well as new HVAC.
