Looking for a roommate to share the house I’m currently in. The house is a 2 bed 1 bath home with living room, kitchen/ dining room combo, washer/ dryer, large backyard, and attached 1 car garage. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the items, though if you wanted to bring your own dishes or anything we could figure that out. The room fits a queen bed and has a large closet and window that could fit an a/c if you choose to buy one. Pets are a possibility with landlord approval. The lease ends May 31, 2024. I’ll be happy to supply more photos on request. LGBTQ+ friendly! The backyard is large with two lovely shade trees and 3 garden beds at the back. I compost and you would be welcome to do the same if you wanted.

You would need to fill out an application and background check through the landlord for approval.

I’m an mid 30s female with one medium sized, well behaved dog and a kitten. I’m a full time office manager at a local business working 8-4 Monday-Friday. I’m not a big partier, though a few drinks or dinner with friends is something I enjoy. I would love to have a roommate I can get along with, I really want to be comfortable and have my roommate comfortable in this home.
