Seth's room

Hello! This room is the master bedroom in a 3BR house in the quiet residential neighborhood of Clairemont. Neighborhood is conveniently located about 15 mins from most parts of San Diego including UTC, UCSD, Sorrento, and even downtown SD. Has private entrance, own ensuite bathroom, and sizable closet. Washer/dryer on site, carport for parking, and small backyard.

The house would be shared with two others–Seth (me) and Aidan.

I’m Seth! I’m 24, lgbt, really friendly, pretty quiet, and am seldom home–I work full time as a pharmacology research tech in Sorrento Valley. When I am home, I mostly play games, read, or care for my many plants in my room.

Aidan, 26, is the other housemate with whom you would live with. Aidan is an aerospace engineer who is very responsible and clean. Likes doing outdoor activities such as mountain biking and surfing.

Aidan does have a dog, Sadie, an Anatolian Shepherd who is mostly a couch potato and a big sweetheart.
