Amanda's room

I live in a 2BR/2BA. The second bedroom is available for rent and includes a walk-in closet, full private bathroom with shower + tub, a full-sized bed in great condition (partially furnished), and a view of the lake + fountain out the window.

The apartment is located in a gated community with various amenities including a pool, 24 hr fitness center, business center, package room, car wash, plenty of parking, trash pickup, and pest control service.

The apartment is 1279 sq ft and includes central AC/heat, laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, sun room, plus a balcony overlooking the lake outside. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

1/2 of utilities should average $120/month based on past usage. This includes electricity, wifi, water, sewer.

You will share the apartment with me and my two cats. They are very sweet and friendly. I am 35 years old, identify as cis female (she/her) and gay. I’m a doctoral student and when I’m not on campus I spend a lot of my time working/studying from home. I moved here 2 years ago from Long Beach, CA where I lived for 11 years. I’m into yoga, meditation, beaches, traveling, working out, and outdoor activities. I cook at home most days and I don’t go out or stay up late. I do binge tv shows every now and then.
