We have a beautiful home in S Denver near Hampden and I-25. There are 4 BR’s upstairs. I use two, you can use the other two and your own private bath. Main floor is all common area including Family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. Fenced backyard, 1 well trained, spayed/neutered smaller dog is OK. New roommate will pay 1/3 of utilities monthly within 7 days of receipt. Includes gas/electric, internet/TV and trash collection. We are both 420 friendly, Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Kitchen and common areas must be kept clean. Tenant will have an upstairs bedroom, private bath and extra space (bedroom) for an office or storage. Must meet landlord (homeowner) and pass his background check. First months rent ($900) and security deposit ($900) due at lease signing and before move in.
