Natalie's room

The house is in the Sylvan Park neighborhood. It’s very quiet and there is a park within walking distance. The room is downstairs next to the bathroom and kitchen, I stay in the room upstairs, and Jon’s room is adjacent to mine. Chase rents the basement and has his own bathroom down there, so three of us share the one upstairs.

The three of us are in our late 20s/early 30s. Andrea is the one moving out and we’re looking for someone to move in November 1st. The pictures show the furniture that’s currently in the room she’s attempting to sell. I work part time and practice guitar at home, but it doesn’t seem to bother anyone and I don’t play after 10 P.M. Jon basically stays in his room when at home and plays video games. He can be a bit loud sometimes. We all signed a year lease in August and the person moving in would be signing a lease that ends August 31, 2023. My landlord is allowing my roommate to move out before the lease is up. Utilities are usually an extra $85 to $120 per month, and this includes internet, gas, water, and electricity. We each pay $20 per month when the lawn is needed to be mowed. They haven’t come this month at all, and we each paid $75 for utilities. If you would like to come see the room let me know. I’m just looking for someone who is clean and can pay rent on time. No drugs and no smoking in the house. If you smoke cigarettes/vape, it must be outside and disposed of in the outside trash bin. We don’t allow pets, and the room is for rent for one person only. It’s O.K. to have visitors over. We have a washer and dryer.
