The room’s spacious and a fairly large bathroom. It’s two bedroom two bath so you would have your own bathroom. It isn’t connected to the bedroom but is right outside the door. Heat and hot water are included with the rent. Internet bill (once split) s $52~ and the electric bill during the winter is typically $50~ total. Total rent is $1650 or $1750 (unsure because right now the leasing office has given me two prices).

I’m a 25 year old who is pretty easy to get along with. I work from home and play video games as my main hobby at night. I have an 11 year old cat who does not get along with other animals so unfortunately I cannot accept any roommates that have a pet.
