This is an urban area with a lot of foot traffic, however it is safe. The property is close to the highway, shopping, and bus routes. On street parking is available. The room has a queen size bed, closet, TV, dresser or chest, end table and lamp. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and other kitchen essentials. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor of the home. An additional $62/month fee is required and includes all utilities, high speed 1000 mbps internet and professional cleaning every other month. Small backyard area. Exterior surveillance cameras at front and back doors. Rent is to be paid on a weekly (4 payments of $215.50/week including additional fees) or bi-weekly basis ($431, 2x month including additional fees). There is a non refundable move in fee of $75. $250 security deposit covers damages in your room. This amount is returned if no damage is found. Background check required. No pets allowed. The owner does not live on the property. There are currently 2 males occupying the other two bedrooms.
