Z.'s room

My husband and I are looking for a roommate to take over the smaller room in our apartment. It is in a gorgeous part of Murrayhill near tons of shopping, gyms, and parks. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and includes access to the complex pool, gym and hot tub. There is no assigned parking for this room, however there is plenty of street parking and guest spots. The room features a walk in closet and is also right next to the restroom. If you or we have guests over it is the bathroom we would prefer them to use, but totally negotiable =)

My husband and I are in our mid 20’s. We enjoy music, laughing, and gaming. We cook a lot but spend periods of time away from our apartment (it is not uncommon for us to go away for the weekend). We are both heavy sleepers and night owls, so we don’t mind some noise or guests (just send us a text and let us know). We are open to the idea of having pets or another couple move in under the right circumstance. We want to like our roommate(s), so sharing a meal or hanging out isn’t a must but would be preferred! We aren’t particularly loud people but we do come and go at odd hours, so please keep this in mind.
