We have a private midsized basement room for rent with a shared bath for a single, professional man located in Sandy, UT, in a fully renovated single home. House is located at about 5 min from The Shops at South Town, 2 min from Jordan Commons and freeway entrance. Utilities included in the rent are: garbage, sewer, and water. Dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, dryer and washer are in-site. Rent: $700 per month. First month and deposit that equals a rent month upon signing the lease. Deposit can be split.

Room available: 1 in the basement. No smoking or vaping, no drinking (alcohol), no illegal drugs, no overnight guests in bedrooms, no pets are allowed.

Background/credit check required. Room is move in ready.

Home is occupied by other 4 guys who work full time and are single. Potential tenant should be ready to align with house rules. Bills (power and gas) are divided up by all tenants equally.
