Looking for an awesome roommate to share our home with! We are in the hunt for an awesome roommate to join our household! Our home is located in Otay Ranch in a nice quiet neighborhood close to… every necessity About our home: large single family home, 4BR, 2.5BA, most of the home is integrated with Alexa as a smart home, Ring security system for added security, smart locks. Tastefully decorated throughout! All bedrooms up, laundry up. Kitchen, family room, dining room and living room down. Backyard with gas BBQ, patio furniture and above ground pool for entertaining. Bedroom becoming available is approx. 12X14ft with walk in closet, shared bathroom with one person, dual sinks, toilet and shower divided apart for added privacy.

We are a pretty chill, quiet, clean household, have regular M-F work schedules. I’m in the Navy 17 years now, total foodie, enjoy cooking, going out on weekends. Roommate has been in the Navy 5 years now, enjoys eating out, gaming, working out and outings to the casino! I have 2 sons 12 and 14 who are also pretty chill too, 14 year old can whip up some delicious meals and deserts! Most weekdays I spend decent time taking them to extra-curricular activities so we are out of the home often. What we look for in a roommate: Military is a plus but not a must, a working professional, someone chill we can be friends with or friendly, that is part of our household and doesn’t use our home as a hotel, if you’re looking to just stay cooped up in your bedroom this probably isn’t the right fit. We are looking for someone who will live here like its their home, treat it with care, and be respectful and mindful of others. Pays rent on time and shares home duties equitably.
