No smoking or pets as I already have one cat in the house part time. All utilities, wifi, and a monthly cleaning service included. Close to Oakland University, Lawrence Tech, Somerset Mall, multiple hospitals-including Beaumont Royal Oak, parks, and major freeways: I-75 and 696. A background check will be conducted on all applicants and a $1000 deposit will be collected as well as the first months rent. Females only please.
