The room is a large master bedroom with private bathroom. Room has a walk in closet and another separate large closet. All bedrooms are upstairs.

There is a small fenced backyard. All areas down stairs are common areas and there are no laundry appliances. The fridge is shared and you are welcome to use anything in kitchen.

Rent includes utilities but not internet. Internet will cost an additional $25 a month.

If you want the room, you will need to pay a $40 application fee and a $800 (refundable) deposit.

Absolutely no pets.

No smoking, vaping in house. No drugs on premises allowed.

This is a month by month rental.

I am a single 🏳️‍🌈 mom who shares biweekly custody of my 12 year old daughter. My 19 year old lives with me as well.
