The room has a bathroom attached to it. The living room is furnished, there are pots, pans, plates, and other kitchen things here that we can share. We would split rent. Your half would be $500. We would split bills also. That has never totaled to be more than $625 for my half. There is a stacked washer and dryer in my room that you can use. There is also a balcony with a couple chairs if you want to smoke. One weird thing is there isn’t overhead lighting in the room, but there is a switch that activates an outlet for a lamp. I am very clean and I have hard boundaries when it comes to being clean. Use the kitchen and living room all you want, but leave it as clean as it was before you entered it. Wash your dish, don’t let it sit, pick up food wrappers and other trash, clean up crumbs and spills.

It’s just me living here. I don’t put up with anything but organized roommates, but besides that I am accepting of different personalities. It’s okay if you’re cooking in the kitchen at anytime you want (even if it’s midnight or the buttcrack of dawn), listen to your music on a speaker (within a reasonable volume), have a friend over, have a few friends over. Smoke (preferably on the balcony) drink, do yoga or pray in the living room. I don’t care. Just be organized and sanitary.
