This is a peaceful place with no drama. Best fit is male student or responsible quiet type who likes the simple life.

Double room with ceiling fan, full size closet with access to shared bathroom. Full backyard with fire pit, on site laundry and dishwasher.

Rent is $500 for room plus 1/3 of actual utilities (gas, electric, water and Internet, currently averaging ~ $125 per person/month.) Bills are reviewed each month and split 3 ways.

Payment in full on the 1st of the month. Failure to pay on time or in full will result in eviction if an agreement with the owner has not been made.

Privacy and respect is both given and expected. Mutual respect for each other and the home is a must. This includes a weekly schedule for trash, shared cleaning of the home (to include kitchen and bathrooms), keeping your rooms and common areas reasonably tidy as to not damage the home or attract bugs and or pests. Failure to do so will result in eviction.

You provide personal bathroom and laundry supplies. You will be asked to pitch in 1/3 for communal cleaning supplies for kitchen and bathroom along with trash bags, paper towels, napkins etc.

No drugs, smoking, excessive drinking, pets or overnight guests. Must help to maintain a peaceful home culture. Environment of open communication and mutual responsibility. Atmosphere of team, cooperation and healthy living culture is the highest priority.
