Our townhouse is the closest in the neighborhood to the 2 outdoor community pools (1 minute walk) with great lounge areas. There is also a small lake with a dock/access to drop in kayaks/canoes and a fitness center that you will have access to! The townhouse has 3 levels - first floor (entry level) has the garage, large entryway with a storage closet, and the largest of the 3 guest bedrooms including your own bathroom. This first floor would be entirely yours, which offers a lot of privacy for you! The second level of the home is open concept and has a spacious kitchen, dining area, outdoor balcony, and living area. The third (top) floor has the two slightly smaller guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. If you wanted to rent both and use one as a private tv/game room or office we could come up with a negotiated price. You would also have your own private bathroom on the third floor.

My girlfriend and I live here with one roommate. I am in the Navy, and she works in finance. We are both a few years out of college and live a very clean, casual, and tidy lifestyle. New to the area and hoping to make new friends as well!
