Home is 6 months old, landscaped with a nice patio/patio set for conversation and BBQs. During the summer I put up a 14’ pool. Garage space is available for your car. Home is a 5 bedroom, master and the floor level room are in use (floor is an office as I work from home). Take your pick of the upstairs 3, and you’re welcome to use another room for storage/activities. 2 living areas, one down one up. Both have new 85“ TVs and sound systems, but seeking considerate roomie for sound considerations. All services and utilities included in the rent. Netflix, expanded Hulu and Amazon Prime television services included. All appliances including W/D are readily available for your usage.

I am 42, just moved to Idaho as my job turned virtual with Covid. Work from home as a project manager with an aerospace company. I enjoy a drama-free relaxed home environment. I don’t know many people here, so the house is generally quiet. Mesh well with women. Not OCD, but I do like to keep a clean home overall.
