5 bedroom 3 1/2 home (it has a homely feel), very well kept, modernly decorated. Located in the Beverlywood HOA, a very quiet jewish community (I am not jewish). 5 minute from Beverly Hills, 7 minutes from Culver City, Westwood, 15 minutes from Santa Monica beach. Plenty of street parking, private security that drives around the area. Large heated pool in backyard and big back porch. Smoke free inside the home, smoking on back porch allowed. My housekeeper comes 2 times per week. The laundry room is on the first floor right next to the bedroom being rented, our bedrooms are upstairs.

I am looking to rent out a room in my home to a student or working individual for $2000/mo ($1000 dep) all utilities included, in exchange for a roommate to be in the house with my 5 yr old son in the evenings while he sleeps for 5 days out of the week. I’m looking for a minimum of 6 month agreement.

I am a mompreneuer and sometimes take gigs that go late nights, I work in the film industry. My work is my social life, I am very warm and friendly. The only thing the roommate needs to do is be in the home with my son, he will be asleep and I cannot leave him home alone.

This is a very unique situation and we are hoping to pair with the right person.

**PS. There is nothing you need to do for my son, I or his nanny put him to bed at night, I just need someone home in the evenings if I have to work or if I am at work and the nanny has to get home. PLEASE NO PETS

I am looking for someone trustworthy who will be home Sunday-Thursday evenings. Someone who is neat and takes care of nice things as I have valuable items throughout the home. Need person to also be responsible.
