South Hanover Street

My husband and I own a house that has a second apartment on the 1st floor. It has two private, separate entrances, one in front and one in back. There are three adjoining rooms, two large and one small could be two bedroom or one. One full bathroom, kitchen, has washer and dryer in kitchen. The kitchen does not have stove or refrigerator currently. There is parking in front off street and also in back behind back yard. All utilities included except for heat which is gas. Water, sewer and electricity included.

My husband, 9 yo daughter and I live on the second floor apartment, both apartments have two private entrances. We both work during the day/evening and my daughter is in school during the week. We do have cats but no other pets.
