Room to rent in Pheobus - 7 minutes from Ft. Monroe beach and 7 minutes from Buckroe beach, 9 minutes to downtown Hampton and walking distance to mellen street. $800 deposit and $800/month - utilities included. One bedroom, shared full bath with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The other room is a gym, so youd have access to that, washer/dryer, dish washer, water dispenser, backyard… I have 3 dogs, so I prefer no pets, but if you’re willing to help with mine occasionally, we can discuss that.

It’s just me, my 3 dogs - currently have a cat, but he will be going to live with someone else soon. I’m 33 newly separated female, I work in Virginia Beach so I’m out and about a lot.
