About the roomies
I moved in with my best friend but he has some family issues. Legit only been here for one month and be plans on leaving. The rent is 1115 about, (excluding electrical and WiFi and all of that jazz), you have your own room, walk in closet, and bathroom. Couples are welcome, that would bring rent down to under 800 for all of us. Dogs are welcome but that would be your cost to give to the apartment complex. All I ask is for cleanliness, friendly, pay rent on time (I pay it on the 20th), so it would be to just venmo me and then I’ll send it through. Renter insurance is the 22nd of the month.
