PRICED REDUCED 11/08/22. Renting one furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo within 5 minutes of downtown Palm Springs. New adjustable king bed and All new appliances. Will have your own bathroom. Lots of closet space. Washer and dryer inside, all tile floors, large front patio with pretty views, gate secured parking space, will have own mailbox. 1/2 electric bill but all other costs included: hoa, Indian lease fee, gas, water, trash and sewage. I am usually only there from Thursday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon of every week. Dog walking path with 3 pools and tennis courts. I have a 17 lb Chihuahua-mix so must love dogs.

I am easy going and fun-well I like to think so. 😀. Must be LGBT+ friendly! Enjoy going to the gym, playing softball and tennis as well as reading. Love going to the movies and enjoying the Palm Springs culture. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit and spending time with my dog.
