Hi!! This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The living room and kitchen is on the 2nd floor and the bedroom and bathroom is on the 3rd floor. Laundry room is on site (below my unit, 1st floor). It is a quiet apartment complex. This is about 1.5 miles from ECU. There’s nearby parks, restaurants, gas stations and more! You are close to a lot of things in Greenville. Ambulances do come down 5th street just about everyday. I’ll let you have the option if you want the bedroom or living room (bathroom is shared). No pets allowed. No children. I will give a discount for paying multiple months at once (ei 2 months for $950, 3+ months $450/mo). Im offering either a 6 month or 12 month lease.
