Price includes: Utilities(water, gas, trash, electric) + laundry usage + internet. Unfurnished master bedroom and master bathroom(two vanities + jacuzzi tub + shower). Walk-in closet. One vehicle space for parking in the driveway. Door security code.

This is located in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. The other bedroom is mine and the third bedroom is used as an office space. It’s a split floor plan so the master bedroom is located privately away from the other two bedrooms. (All lights/ceiling fans are smart switches and the majority of the house has google devices that can turn them on/off.)

Preferably no pets. I absolutely love pretty much all animals but, unfortunately, I have two cats that used to be feral and one in particular does not get along well with other animals. They warm up to humans pretty quickly. Shy at first, but very affectionate(almost annoyingly so) after a couple days around you.

No smoking. No drugs.

Lease would be month-to-month.

I’m a working professional who is pretty laid back and enjoys keeping the common places tidy. I like gardening, cooking, reading books, and sometimes a video game. On a rare occasion, I’ll invite coworkers to hang out at my house… maybe twice a year, so please be ok with people coming over once in a great while. As mentioned earlier, I have two cats, both females, both spayed. Looking for another working professional who happens to not mind cats.
