I am a Music Artist who has an in house studio. Music can get loud however its a big enough house and arrangements will be made for volume levels and time frames. not to mention I’m not always working on music. I have my spurts. But don’t worry I haven’t had any complaints. I’m pretty cool.. “I think” lol. Like to laugh, down to earth, walks on the beach, blah, blah, blah. lol. You’ll be alright.
