I’m looking for roommate between 50yrs old and 60 to share a beautifully restored historic home in a quiet and diverse neighborhood near Downtown KCMO and North Kansas City MO aera easy asset to I-29, I-35 and on bus line. Must be able to get along and be respectful.This is a month to month agreement. Rent is $800.00 month this includes utilities and Internet. There’s also washer and dryer available. You will have access to hole house just not your room be able to get along and clean. I have a cat so no dog’s aloud.

My current roommate just moved out and I looking for someone to move in we both work days so that gave me a chance to really get to know him and we became good friends. So I looking for a roommate that I can get along with we both have neutral agreement that we both share the house together and so each other respect. Also pay their rent on time.
