Sy's room

1 Bedroom with own bathroom (not attached) in a 2bed/2ba available from November 1. Room is furnished with 1 full bed, an office chair and a desk. All utilities included. Short-term preferred, long-term options can be discussed.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I work as a Procurement Director for a corporate chain. I keep to myself and am very respectful of boundaries, and can be social if needed. I eat mostly outside/meal preps, so the kitchen would be mostly yours. I would prefer someone who cleans up after themselves.
