Complex: The apartment is in the gated MiLa complex. Complex is very large with multiple ponds, playgrounds, pools, and gyms. There is also barbeque grills available.

Area: Apartment is very close to grocery and department stores.

Hi! I’m a culinary and computer engineering student at Miami Dade, I like video games and anime, and I have an Australian shepherd and a ferret. Both are sweet, house trained, and older. I’m looking for a roommate that is nice, would be able to keep shared spaces clean, and would help to create a chill and friendly place to live.
