Room available in bright, airy apartment in Pico Robertson! My roommate just decided to move back home, so looking for someone to fill her spot. The bathroom is shared. Utilities are usually about $50 a month on average. The room’s closet is on the smaller side but there is plenty of extra closet space in the hallway. Pets are allowed, just need to make sure they get along with my dog as well.

I’m 25, and work in healthcare. I have one very high-energy dog so looking for someone that loves dogs. She has a hard time meeting new people sometimes so looking for someone that doesn’t have a lot of people over. Ideally looking for someone that wants to be friends and have wine nights or movie nights on occasion!
