About the room
I have a small cozy house in a great area. 1-24, shops and eats are right down the road. The room has a queen bed, large dresser and tv. You would have your own bath. All appliance’s, including washer and dryer are on sight. Utilities included. I live a quiet life and would want a responsible, clean, quiet person. Month to month preferably but open to other options.

I am a single lady that owns her home. My kids are grown and I find I have extra space to share. I retired as a DOD employee after 39 years. I do work a small part time job but love being home and retired.
